Why I Created M.O.V.E.

My name is Larry Lovestein, and I founded M.O.V.E. (Mind Over Violence Everywhere) after witnessing how difficult it can be to find trustworthy mental health support when you need it most—especially when cost, stigma, or simply not knowing where to turn becomes a barrier.

Years ago, someone close to me struggled in silence. The resources that existed felt scattered, hard to verify, or locked behind paywalls. That experience has stayed with me. I realized that reliable information and compassionate tools should never be a privilege. They should be available to anyone, anywhere, at any time. PERIOD.

M.O.V.E. is my response to that need. This platform gathers free, carefully vetted crisis lines, educational materials, self-help tools, and in-person resource directories into one calm, accessible place. No ads. No upselling. Just simple support.
